Mukti is proud to announce a significant milestone achieved by one of its active members from the No to In-organic Agriculture (NIA) group, Shri Joydev Dhara. After receiving comprehensive training and support from Mukti, Shri Dhara successfully produced 150 kg of “Ghono Jeevamrita,” a natural liquid fertilizer, marking a major step toward promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
Ghono Jeevamrita, a key component of organic farming, has gained increasing recognition for its numerous benefits to both soil health and plant productivity. This natural fertilizer enhances soil fertility, promotes efficient nutrient uptake by plants, boosts pest and disease resistance, and fosters environmentally friendly agricultural practices. It is a potent alternative to chemical fertilizers, aligning with Mukti’s mission of reducing dependency on inorganic farming methods and advocating for a sustainable approach to agriculture.
Through Mukti’s training programs, farmers like Shri Joydev Dhara are not only gaining access to innovative and sustainable agricultural techniques but are also empowered to share this knowledge with other farmers in the community. By producing 150 kg of Ghono Jeevamrita, Shri Dhara is helping to spread the word about sustainable agriculture and providing others with a firsthand example of how organic practices can benefit their farms and livelihoods.
Mukti’s NIA group has been instrumental in providing hands-on training, resources, and mentorship to farmers, ensuring they are well-equipped to adopt and implement natural farming methods. This initiative is part of Mukti’s broader efforts to foster environmental stewardship, support rural economies, and mitigate the harmful effects of chemical farming on soil and water resources.
