The Udaan (Propeller) Programme has reached another significant milestone with an outstanding performance in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2026.
Out of 12 students from the programme who appeared for the examination, 9 have secured ranks that are likely to earn them admission into reputed Government Engineering Colleges across West Bengal. This achievement reflects the hard work, determination, and perseverance demonstrated by the students throughout their academic journey.
Among the top performers, Sayantan Biswas secured a General Merit Rank (GMR) of 2428 and SC Rank 134, Subir Sen achieved a GMR of 2791 and OBC Rank 213, while Pranabananda Pal secured a GMR of 7406 and OBC Rank 552. Competing among nearly 95,000 aspirants across the state, their success is truly commendable.
These achievements highlight the impact of sustained academic mentoring, guidance, and support provided through the Udaan Programme. They also stand as an inspiration for other students who aspire to pursue higher education and build successful careers despite various challenges.
