Strengthening community health efforts at the grassroots, Mukti’s Swastha Shongini team recently participated in a three-day refresher training programme held at CINI, Pailan from 16th to 19th March 2026.
The training focused on enhancing the capacity of frontline health workers to address behavioural challenges and deliver practical, community-based health solutions. Through interactive and participatory sessions, the programme created space for learning, reflection, and exchange of field-level experiences.
Dr. Kasturi Bakshi, Lead of Mukti’s Health Vertical, joined the sessions and facilitated engaging discussions, offering strategic insights to strengthen ongoing health interventions. The collaboration with the CINI team enabled a meaningful exchange of knowledge, drawing from both technical expertise and grassroots realities.
The training also helped outline a clearer roadmap for expanding community health initiatives, with a focus on reaching more families and improving overall well-being at the local level.
The participation and commitment shown by the Swastha Shonginis reflect their crucial role in advancing community health. The programme concluded with renewed motivation and preparedness among the team to continue their efforts towards building healthier and more resilient communities.
