Mukti successfully organised an online teachers’ training programme on 17 December 2025 for MKSS teachers from Lataguri, Jharmatiali MKSS, and Changmari MKSS. The 1 hour and 30-minute session was held in the presence of Mr. Joy Roy, Coordinator of Lataguri, and saw the active participation of eight teachers.
The programme began with an introductory interaction, allowing the trainer to understand the teachers’ backgrounds, teaching experiences, and current classroom realities. This was followed by an open discussion on existing teaching strategies, where participants shared their practices, challenges, and on-ground experiences while engaging with students.
The trainer then introduced effective teaching strategies, underlining the importance of continuous professional development in an evolving educational environment. The discussion highlighted why regular teacher training is essential and how it helps educators respond better to changing learner needs. Special focus was placed on handling diverse types of students by recognising individual learning abilities, behavioural patterns, and emotional requirements.
The session also covered different learner types and learner-category-wise teaching methods, enabling teachers to adapt their approaches for visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic learners. Student counselling formed a key component of the training, with emphasis on understanding students’ emotional, academic, and behavioural concerns and offering appropriate guidance and support.
In addition, the programme explored 21st-century educational strategies aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP). Discussions focused on student-centric learning, skill-based education, and the adoption of innovative and inclusive teaching practices in the classroom.
The training concluded with a feedback session, during which participating teachers expressed their satisfaction with the programme. They also shared their interest in attending more such training sessions covering additional subjects in the future.
The online training programme was conducted smoothly and successfully. Mukti extends its sincere thanks to Mr. Subrata Naskar for his valuable contribution and support in making the session meaningful. Overall, the programme proved to be informative, interactive, and beneficial for all participating teachers.
