Session Facilitators Reflection Meeting Organised at Mukti Child Project Office

The Session Facilitators Reflection Meeting was held on 6 January 2026 at the Mukti Child Project Office, bringing team members together for a day of reflection, shared learning, and forward planning. The meeting provided an opportunity to review the past year’s experiences and set priorities for the year ahead.

The programme began with “Expectations from Today’s Meeting”, facilitated by Sidharth and Rohan, which helped establish a collaborative tone. A key session on April–December challenges, solutions, and guidelines for the upcoming year, led by Bhanu and Suparna, encouraged open discussion on field-level experiences and practical strategies for improved implementation.

Field perspectives were further highlighted through SF’s Voice sessions, moderated by Sidharth, Suparna, and Bhanu, offering SFs a platform to share insights, concerns, and suggestions.

An engaging “Surprise in Action” session by Rohan and Bhanu added energy to the day, followed by a shared lunch. Post-lunch, a slide presentation on recent club-wise and zone-wise progress provided a clear overview of achievements and areas needing attention.

The meeting concluded with SF’s Felicitation and an End Year Video, celebrating collective efforts, followed by a Vote of Thanks by Mousumi Gupta. Overall, the reflection meeting strengthened team alignment and reinforced a shared commitment to improved outcomes in the coming year.
