Online payment is the only option. If payment fails, try another way of payment, or try to pay after some time. Our payment gateway is one of the best ones in India. We have experienced that most of the time payment fails due to payment method issues or issues at the bank end. We also observed a few runners did not get OTP while using card payments. We have checked that and as per the payment gateway, OTP is issued by a bank and/or card company (e.g. Visa). So please check with them. We have also observed that UPI method payment is the most popular one which was used.
