Mr. Sayatan Das, a distinguished representative of the “Lipilekha Bangla Association,” extended his unwavering support to the Bishalakhhipur Mukti Support School, located in the Namkhana block of the Sundarban region. On July 4, 2023, accompanied by his family, Mr. Das graced the center with his presence, forging a connection with the school’s 61 bright young students. Having been inaugurated in January of the same year, the purpose of his visit was to engage with these talented individuals.
Mr. Das was welcomed with great honour and respect. The school authorities felicitated him with shahs (uttoriyo) and presented a beautiful bouquet, expressing their deep appreciation for his support.
Addressing the students, Mr. Das imparted valuable wisdom, emphasizing the significance of respecting their teachers—the guiding forces committed to their development and success in life. He encouraged them to dedicate themselves to their studies, not only to achieve personal growth but also to become true ambassadors of humanity and guardians of their country’s rich civilization and culture.
Concluding the enlightening program, Mr. Das brought smiles to every student’s face as he distributed chocolates, symbolizing a sweet reward for their diligent efforts. Additionally, he contributed a much-needed cupboard to the school, serving as storage for books and stationery supplies. This generous gesture aimed to facilitate a conducive learning environment for the students.
