Mukti Community Development Fund (MCDF)

Team – Mr. Sabitabrata Ghosh and team.

Activities done in last year – Loans have been provided to 4406 women. 85% of its debt has already been reimbursed, skill development training has been provided to 1057 women, support kit has been provided to 250 new entrepreneurs, 750 more will be provided in next month, Introducing new core banking software for efficient and accurate management.

Impact Created since Inception – More than 24,000 women from 25 branches are involved in various activities, More than 5,500 women have found a way of life through technical training, directly, 226 families are earning a livelihood, the activities of Mukti has been spread in 10 blocks of the Sundarbans.

Future Plans – Bringing 50,000 new people under this project, Establishment of business cooperative societies run by women, Special arrangements for the marketing of products produced by rural traders.

Mukti Community Business (MCB)

Mukti Fresh

40+ Employment generated through MF, Serving more than 7000 customers in Kolkata, Fully functional e-Commerce portal ( Android & iOS mobile application), 6 Spencer’s hyper mall having products, Started everyday morning delivery,10 Housing complex morning counters, Own branded groceries packing.

Future Plans – Employment of 200 people, 5 More Delivery Centers, 20 Housing complex morning counters, launching all groceries in MF brands, Supporting 500 organic farmers.

Mukti Green

Planted more than 2 lakhs of mangrove saplings, Full fledge mangrove nursery with all varieties, SHG members are involved in saplings preparation bringing livelihood, More than 10 lakhs flowers, fruits, hedge saplings prepared, www.muktigreen.in website live for orders, Served 20+ customers in Kolkata, trying to supply wholesales to housing & Government.

Future Plan – 20 Lakhs of saplings preparations, 2 lakhs capacity mangrove nursery, full Fledge operations like Mukti Fresh, creating employment for SHG members.

Mukti Cloud Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen for serving organic meals to consumers in Kolkata, www.muktikitchen.in is LIVE to serve customers, employment created for 6 people, served more than 5000 FREE meals during Covid, served 200+ family in lockdown, served more than 300+ customers in the festive season with authentic meals, free delivery across Kolkata for Lunch & Dinner.

Future Plans – Serving 100 daily customers with meals, Engaging 10 SHG members as cooks, Ensuring income for the SHG members, protecting consumers’ health with fresh organic meals.

Mukti Craft

100+ SHG members got training in Jatragachi center for soft toys, Jute bags, jewelry, candle making, overall 2000+ in West Bengal, www.mukticrafts.in is in LIVE for orders, 97 SHG members got a certificate (TATA Project), connecting 100+ weavers across West Bengal, plugged in Amazon & Flipkart for selling, Myriads of training to SHGs, Packaging & Branding for all women handmade & homemade products.

Future Plan – Enrolling 20+ products in Amazon & Flipkart, cooperative low-cost shop at Raidighi, first display store at Garia, income generations for women through this.

Mukti Beverages & HelloBeta

Supported more than 2000 families with portable drinking water during Calamities, supplying 20 Liter water jar as per demand, fully automatic water purifier RO filter, packaged drinking water 500ml, 1 liter, 2 liters.

Distributed 1500+ Oxygen Concentrators to Hospitals, Oxygen and meal support through 24X7 call center, Supported elderly people with essentials, Android & iOS Application LIVE,  Served telemedicine wave-3,  Served more than 4000 elderly people during the lockdown, Supporting with BETA assistance service now.
