A review meeting with the full Shahoshini team was held on 17th June 2026 to assess ongoing activities, share updates, and strengthen planning for the coming months. The meeting provided an important platform for team members to reflect on recent field-level work, discuss achievements, identify challenges, and exchange ideas for improving programme implementation.
During the session, participants reviewed the progress of various community activities undertaken by Shahoshinis and discussed experiences from the field. Team members shared success stories as well as challenges encountered while working with women, adolescents, and community groups, creating opportunities for collective learning and problem-solving.
Special emphasis was placed on the timely completion of feedback forms, documentation, and reporting processes. Participants reviewed pending tasks and agreed on specific action points to improve data collection, reporting quality, and overall programme effectiveness. The discussion highlighted the importance of accurate documentation in tracking progress and ensuring better planning for future interventions.
The meeting also served to strengthen coordination and communication among the Shahoshini team members. Through open discussions and collaborative planning, participants reaffirmed their commitment to supporting women and girls at the community level and enhancing the impact of programme activities.
The review concluded with preparations for the upcoming online refresher sessions scheduled to begin on 20th June 2026, which will further strengthen the knowledge, skills, and capacities of Shahoshini volunteers. The meeting helped build a shared understanding of priorities and reinforced the team’s collective efforts towards empowering women and fostering positive change within their communities.
