Nursery Training: Another Step Towards Self-Reliance

Mukti, in collaboration with “Naba Diganta Water Management Limited” under the “Karigari Chapter II” project that began on October 4th, 2023, has initiated plant nursery training for women beneficiaries associated with the Mukti Jatragachi center.

The primary goal of this training program is to equip local women with the knowledge and expertise needed to cultivate plants and subsequently sell them, providing them with a sustainable source of income.

Under the expert guidance of the trainer, Mr. Hari Sadhan Das, a group of about 30 enthusiastic trainees will undergo intensive training over the next two months.

Mukti envisions not only providing technical skills to these women but also creating a market for them through the Mukti Fresh platform. This initiative emerges from a vision of self-reliance for uplifting communities towards a brighter future.
