Mukti successfully organized a warm and engaging virtual meeting on 31 December 2025 with sponsor Ms. Aparajita Moulick, her supported student, and members of the Mukti Talented Students Sponsorship (TSS) team. The interaction provided a meaningful platform for open dialogue, strengthening the bond between the sponsor, the student, and Mukti.
Ms. Moulick, associated with Mukti since the 2016 academic session, has consistently supported meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. A high school teacher by profession, she is originally from Kolkata, West Bengal, and is currently based in Brampton, Canada. She shared that she feels grateful to be a small part of Mukti’s TSS project and to contribute, in her own way, toward making a difference.
During the meeting, the supported student Surajit Das, a third-year Diploma student in Electrical Engineering at Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management, shared his academic progress, career goals, and aspirations. He spoke about how the Mukti TSS programme has supported him both financially and emotionally, enabling him to pursue his education with confidence.
Ms. Moulick offered thoughtful guidance, encouraging discipline, resilience, and consistency. Drawing from her own experiences, she emphasized the importance of perseverance and self-belief in achieving long-term goals. The Mukti TSS team also briefly highlighted the programme’s objectives and transparent processes, which Ms. Moulick appreciated.
