The placement training initiative for registered job seekers at Mukti Employment Exchange (MEE) commenced on November 9, 2023, at Mukti Institute of Technology (MIT) in Kumrapara, Raidighi. Mukti’s dedication to empowering rural youths finds a pivotal focus in its support for Asha For Education through this program, marking it as one of the paramount initiatives. The inauguration Ceremony was felicitated by Mr. Madhusudan Bairagi – Mukti BOD in the presence of Dr. Sandip Ghosh – Mukti Education Head and Mr. Basudev Sardar – In charge of MCDF and other members.
This comprehensive training spans over 2 and a half months, with 25 trainees immersing themselves in courses covering Computational Skills, English communication and Quantitative aptitude. The curriculum extends further to equip participants with the skills needed on behavioral skills and to navigate interviews, facilitated by the expert guidance of “Dreamline.” Training on each course will be associated with mandatory assessment every day. Mukti goes the extra mile by providing five interview assistance sessions free of charge. In the event a candidate faces challenges in the first five interviews, an additional opportunity awaits with the subsequent batch.
Structured classes are held three days a week, with each session lasting three hours (11 am to 2 pm), promising not only skill enhancement but also a holistic preparation for the professional realm. This initiative reflects Mukti’s commitment to supporting students all the way from primary school to employment.
