Career Counselling Session Empowers Students at Raidighi College

On 3rd November 2025, a Career Counselling Session was organized at Raidighi College in collaboration with Mukti SURYA Skills Development Centre, with the aim of guiding students towards skill enhancement and career development. The session began with a warm welcome address from Mr. Sasabindu Jana, Principal of Raidighi College, who emphasized the importance of combining academic excellence with practical skills to meet the evolving demands of today’s job market.

As part of this initiative, the college, in partnership with Mukti SURYA Skills Development Centre, has introduced several vocational courses such as Tally with GST, Electrical, and Plumbing. These courses will be conducted alongside students’ regular studies, offering them valuable hands-on experience and exposure to real-world applications.

The session featured interactive discussions, motivational talks, and expert guidance, helping students understand how to align their skills with future career opportunities. The event received enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty members, who appreciated the effort to bridge the gap between education and employability.

Through this collaborative initiative, Raidighi College and Mukti aim to empower students with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills necessary to build successful and self-reliant careers.
