Poulomi Vidyanta, a bright student pursuing B.Sc Mathematics Hons in the 4th semester at Hoogly Mohsin College, hails from a humble background. Her father’s occupation as a day laborer and her mother’s role as a health worker underscore the financial challenges her family faces. Despite her exceptional academic prowess, her aspirations for higher education were stifled by economic constraints. However, her resilience and determination led her to seek solutions.

In 2021, Poulomi’s life took a transformative turn when she was chosen by Mr. Azad Rahaman as a beneficiary of support through Mukti. Residing in Zurich, Switzerland, Mr. Rahaman is a compassionate individual working in the IT sector, with a longstanding association with Mukti dating back to 2013-14. His commitment to Poulomi’s education has provided her with the financial means to pursue her dreams.
