Students of Mukti Support School Participated in Tree Plantation Program 2020

Tree Plantation Program continues by Mukti. In the previous weeks, 800 Mukti SHG groups had planted 1,05,000 saplings of Akashmoni, Mahogini, Sishu, Gamaru, Gayanim, Segun, and Bokul trees.

On 23^rd September 2020 the second phase of tree plantation program was conducted by the students of Purba Sridharpur, Damkal and Baradanagar Mukti support School. Mukti has motivated the students to plant trees at their homes, school and places where they reside.

The curriculum is designed in a way to make students better citizen of tomorrow, to inculcate a sense of responsibility among them and also in spreading awareness among the people. Mukti is hopeful that the experience will help them to make intelligent decisions about conservation and use of valuable natural resources.

The enthusiasm of the students was highly noticeable. Under the guidance of their teachers and volunteers of Mukti and by marinating all the protocols of Covid-19 they all participated in the tree plantation program. They expressed their gratitude to Mukti to select them to be a part of this noble cause.
