On 2 October 2026, the Mukti Urban Project team came together for its Reflection Meeting 2026—a dedicated space to look back on the project’s journey, recognise achievements, openly discuss challenges, share learnings, and collectively plan the way forward.
The meeting encouraged team members to move beyond routine programme reviews and reflect more deeply on their experiences—what has worked well, where challenges remain, and what can be strengthened to create greater impact within the communities they work with.
Through a series of interactive exercises, including the Journey Timeline, SWOT Analysis, Monitoring Challenge, and Action Planning, team members revisited key experiences and developments from their work.
The Journey Timeline provided an opportunity to reflect on important milestones and experiences, while the SWOT Analysis helped the team collectively identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. Discussions around monitoring encouraged participants to examine existing practices and explore practical ways to strengthen programme implementation and follow-up.
These exercises created an open space where team members could exchange perspectives, learn from one another, and identify actionable ways to improve their work in the coming months.
An important part of the meeting was team appreciation and shared learning, recognising the contribution of individuals while reinforcing the importance of working together towards common goals.
The reflection process concluded with individual Start–Stop–Continue commitments, encouraging each team member to identify:
This helped translate the day’s discussions into personal and practical commitments for the months ahead.
The Reflection Meeting was not simply about reviewing the past. It provided an opportunity to pause, learn from experience, strengthen collaboration, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
The day concluded with a renewed collective commitment to strengthening programmes, improving ways of working, supporting one another as a team, and creating meaningful impact within the community.
MUKTI extends heartfelt thanks to Mr. Supriya Sarkar, Cluster Head, MUKTI, for his valuable presence, guidance, and encouragement throughout the meeting.
The Reflection Meeting 2026 reinforced an important principle for the Mukti Urban Project: meaningful progress comes from continuously reflecting, learning, adapting, and moving forward together.
