Interaction Virtual Session Between Tathagata Mukherjee and Students

The Mukti Talented Students’ Sponsorship (TSS) team organized a virtual meeting between sponsor Mr. Tathagata Mukherjee and his sponsored student Nishant Mondal on 28th March 2026.

Mr. Tathagata Mukherjee is associated with the Mukti Talented Students’ Sponsorship (TSS) Program for the academic year 2025–26 as a sponsor. He is supporting meritorious and deserving students in their academic journey. Professionally, he is an IT Engineer and works as an AI Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services.

The sponsored student, Nishant Mondal, is from Purulia and is currently pursuing B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (3rd Year) from Jadavpur University.

During the meeting, Nishant shared details about his academic journey and future career goals. Mr. Mukherjee listened attentively and showed genuine interest in the student’s aspirations. His words were highly encouraging and motivating.

He advised the student to continuously work on improving communication skills, emphasizing that effective communication is essential not only for academic success but also for professional growth. He encouraged regular practice in expressing thoughts clearly and confidently, which would help in future academic and professional environments.

In addition to academic guidance, Mr. Mukherjee also shared valuable life lessons. He encouraged the student to become a kind and responsible human being, not just focus only on personal success. Highlighting Mukti’s mission of socio-economic development, he reminded that education comes with a responsibility to give back to society and support those in need.
