From 17th to 19th September 2025, a three-day Strategic Project Management Workshop was organized by Praajak in collaboration with TDH under the theme “Project Management as Leadership in Action.” The workshop convened members of the ACV Consortium, with Mukti represented by Ms. Ananya Chatterjee (Sr. Programme Manager – Education) and Mr. Anirban Banerjee (HR).
The sessions were designed to deepen participants’ understanding of project management as an essential form of leadership, while equipping them with practical tools for organizational growth.
Day One focused on linking project management with leadership, exploring core principles and building blocks through interactive peer learning exercises. Day Two emphasized organizational application, introducing participants to the elements of project management and the 7E Framework. Participants also worked on developing and refining process maps and took part in energy-mapping activities to assess workflow dynamics.
The final day placed people management at the heart of project leadership. Key themes included supervisory effectiveness, the 7 Cs of People Management, and situational leadership. Participants also worked with personalized growth templates to connect theory with their own professional journeys.
The workshop successfully blended conceptual clarity with hands-on approaches, enabling participants to link learning with both personal leadership development and organizational advancement.
