🎓 Who Can Apply?
Students who have completed or are currently pursuing Secondary, Higher Secondary, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate studies from recognized Boards or Universities in West Bengal.

📌 Eligibility Criteria
✅ For Undergraduate Courses: Minimum 80% marks in both Secondary and Higher Secondary examinations
✅ For Postgraduate Courses: First Class in Bachelor’s degree
✅ Applicants must be residents of West Bengal from low-income or disadvantaged backgrounds
