MUKTI Organizes Team-Building Program for MSS Muktisathis

MUKTI conducted a successful team-building program on February 28, 2025, for its Muktisathis from various Mukti Support Schools (MSS) regions, including Mathurapur, Midnapore, Sagar, Kakdwip, Patharpratima, and Jhargram. Held at the city office, the day-long training aimed to enhance participants’ skills and knowledge, particularly in areas like data collection, community engagement, problem-solving, and project adherence.

The program included interactive games to foster team bonding, followed by sessions on soft skills such as communication, conflict resolution, empathy, and teamwork. Senior Muktisathis shared field experiences, offering guidance and mentorship to their peers. This participatory workshop equipped the field staff with practical tools to better address challenges in their work, while reinforcing ethical community engagement principles.

The program proved to be a valuable learning experience, strengthening collaboration and ensuring that Muktisathis are better prepared to make a positive impact in their communities.
