Under Project NIRMAN, implemented by Mukti with support from Canara Bank, regular community meetings are being conducted across the Lataguri field in villages such as Saltoli, Ververi Para, Golabari, Hariseva, and Vimsabar in Kranti Block.
These meetings are focused on mobilising community members and facilitating the formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs). Emphasis is being placed on building awareness around savings, financial discipline, and the importance of collective action.
The initiative is encouraging women and local residents to come together, share responsibilities, and work towards financial independence and mutual support. Through these consistent efforts, communities are gradually strengthening their capacity for self-reliance.
The ongoing engagement reflects Mukti’s commitment to promoting sustainable and inclusive development by fostering grassroots participation and empowering communities from within.
