Mr. PR Krishnan’s Two-Day Visit: Strengthening Mukti’s Vision and Projects

On Sunday, 1st September 2024, Mukti had the privilege of hosting Mr. PR Krishnan (Former Executive Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services) from Fortess (a NGO established by TCS Alumni ) at Mukti’s city office, where he received a warm welcome and felicitation by 9 students of the project “UDAAN’. The event commenced with an introductory session led by the Mukti team, followed by an engaging interactive session with the students. Mr. Krishnan later participated in a review meeting with our President and other volunteers, discussing a new project named Udaan (Propeller), supported by Fortress.

Following the city office visit, Mr. Krishnan, along with the Mukti management team, visited the Smart Lab at Krishnachandrapur High School. There, he interacted with 160 Smart Lab students and delivered a motivational session for all students of the school. His visit concluded with a tour of the village, highlighting Mukti’s various ongoing initiatives.

On 2nd September, Mr. Krishnan toured Mukti Gram Purba Sridharpur to explore other ongoing projects. He engaged with 15 Mukti Support School teachers and attended a meeting with 20 Bio Village farmers. During his visit to Mukti’s agriculture bio-laboratory, the farmers presented him with fresh organic vegetables from their fields. He also met with 25 SWAS trainees, who impressed him with their remarkable handicraft creations.
