On 30th June, all field and project coordinators of Mukti Support Schools (MSS) gathered at the City Office for a unique, value-added reflection session focused on the past six months of work. Designed not just to review progress but to deeply engage with the why and how of their efforts, the session invited participants to explore operational processes, coordination dynamics, quality standards, achievements, and challenges through interactive methods and playful group activities.
Facilitated in two halves—first by Mrs. Ananya Chatterjee and later by Ms. Nandita—the session created a safe and inspiring space for “Mukto Chinta Mukti Kotha.” Together, the team identified key concerns, examined their root causes, and collectively envisioned paths to improvement—grounded in shared ownership and participatory decision-making.
The presence of Smt. Gargi Chakraborty and Shri Bimal Khan throughout the day added valuable continuity and perspective. Most notably, Shri Bani Maity, President of the Mukti USA Chapter, honoured the gathering with his presence and deeply insightful inputs, which further enriched the discourse and inspired the team.
A follow-up virtual session is scheduled for 9th July, where the remaining discussion points will be explored and concluded. Looking ahead, we are committed to extending such reflection circles to include teachers, senior students, and guardians—believing that only through inclusive dialogue and collective purpose can we truly realise our mission.
This session was more than a review—it was a reaffirmation of our shared values, our potential, and our unwavering belief that meaningful change begins with listening, reflecting, and imagining together.
Heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended.
