Inspiring Young Minds Through Sponsor-Student Interaction

MUKTI organized an interactive sponsor-student engagement session on 4th June 2026 at the Mukti City Office, bringing together representatives from Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd. and students supported under its educational sponsorship programme. The session aimed to create a meaningful platform for interaction, learning, and motivation while strengthening the relationship between sponsors and students.

The meeting was attended by Ms. Rishika Tripathi, Senior Chief Manager of Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd., along with twelve sponsored students. Facilitated by Team MUKTI, the session encouraged open dialogue and provided students with an opportunity to interact directly with a corporate professional and learn from her experiences.

During the interaction, Ms. Tripathi shared insights from her educational and professional journey, highlighting the importance of discipline, perseverance, continuous learning, and self-belief in achieving personal and professional goals. Her experiences and words of encouragement inspired students to remain focused on their studies and pursue their aspirations with confidence and determination.

The session also helped students gain a better understanding of the role that corporate organizations can play in supporting education and social development through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Students learned about Srijan Realty’s commitment to supporting educational opportunities and its engagement with various social development programmes.
