On 12th August 2025, Mukti observed International Youth Day with vibrant celebrations across all SDPs of the Mukti Child Project. The occasion brought together children in a series of creative and thought-provoking activities designed to foster learning, cultural awareness, and social reflection.
Participants engaged in hands-on exercises such as making paper fans, designing collages that highlighted India’s rich culture, and paying tribute to freedom fighters. To celebrate the country’s diversity, children also created colourful collages showcasing traditional foods and attire from different regions. Adding an element of artistic exploration, they designed intricate mandalas and practiced mind mapping techniques.
Beyond creativity, the activities encouraged children to reflect on the significance of International Youth Day, understand the critical role of young people in society and the nation, and consider how they can use their skills and learning to make a meaningful impact in their daily lives.
Through this celebration, Mukti aims to nurture young minds not only in academic learning but also in cultural understanding, critical thinking, and civic consciousness—empowering them to become informed, responsible, and creative citizens.
