
On the morning of August 3rd, 2025, Mukti Support Schools (MSS) organized a comprehensive day-long capacity-building session for English and Bengali subject teachers from ten MSS centres under Mathurapur-I block. The training was conducted at Krishnachandrapur High School and witnessed the active participation of 20 dedicated Muktisathi educators.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Ananya Chatterjee, Senior Programme Manager, with a clear focus on strengthening subject-specific pedagogy and promoting more engaging, inclusive, and contextually relevant teaching practices.

Child Safeguarding Policy (CSP) Session
In the afternoon, a focused session on Mukti’s Child Safeguarding Policy was conducted by Ms. Nandita Jayraman and Ms. Monami Mitra, senior team members from Mukti’s Child Protection team.

This integrated training session not only enhanced the pedagogical competencies of MSS educators in English and Bengali but also significantly strengthened their responsibility in creating a safe and nurturing school environment.
