Mukti’s Mukto Chinta, Mukti Kotha Dialogue Circle Explores Holistic Education at Raidighi MSS

On 3rd August, the Raidighi MSS office hosted a meaningful gathering under Mukto Chinta, Mukti Kotha dialogue circle. A total of 20 people including senior teachers, TICs, field and project coordinators from Patharpratima, Kakdwip, Sagar and Mathurapur I & II clusters came together to reflect on the theme:

“MSS – Not Just Coaching, but a Journey of Education, Values, and Holistic Development.”

Participants first explored how MSS aligns with Mukti’s vision and mission, then identified the strategic challenges they face. These issues were carefully documented, followed by a constructive dialogue on possible solutions. The discussions were revisited collectively, and it was resolved to meet again on 20th September to deepen the reflections and strengthen the way forward.

The session was gracefully facilitated by Dishari Debasish Giri and Dishari Arghya Chandan Chatterjee. In closing, Dishari and MSS Project Coordinator Bimal Khan led a heartfelt Rakhi Bandhan celebration, tying rakhis, sharing sweets and refreshments for the participants, which marked the event with warmth, unity, and a spirit of shared commitment.
