In a vibrant stride toward promoting sustainable health and traditional knowledge, Mukti has proudly established a medicinal garden in its Bio-Village area. Spanning approximately one bigha of land, this green initiative is blossoming into a sanctuary of nature’s healing power.
The garden features a diverse range of medicinal plants known for their life-enhancing and therapeutic properties. Among the varieties planted are Kulekhara, Elephant Trunk, Mint, Aloe Vera, Shata Muli, Gulancha, Harbhanga, Nagpata, Bhringaraj, Thankuni, Brahmi, Aparajita, Bhui Kumra, and several revered types of Tulsi including Madhu Tulsi and Krishna Tulsi. Rare and potent species like Dhanwantari, Akanda, Olat-kambal, Kanta Note, and Vishalyakarani further enrich this living repository of ancient wisdom.
At present, meticulous efforts are underway to transfer these plants from small pots to larger ones, allowing them to grow freely and thrive. The plants have already begun to mature beautifully, transforming the garden into a lush and visually soothing space.
This initiative is not only a step toward ecological balance but also an effort to preserve and revive traditional medicinal practices. The medicinal garden will eventually serve as a learning and healing hub for community members, local farmers, and visitors interested in the power of herbal remedies.
Mukti remains committed to integrating environmental consciousness with community development, and this garden stands as a testament to that vision.
