Mukti TSS Hosts Virtual Meeting between Sponsor and Student

On 5th March 2025, Mukti’s Talented Students’ Sponsorship (TSS) team hosted a virtual meeting between Mrs. Poly Das and her sponsored student, Shreya Ghosh. The meeting provided an opportunity for the sponsor and student to connect, share experiences, and discuss Shreya’s future goals.

Mrs. Poly Das, associated with Mukti since the 2021-22 academic year, works at Willis Towers Watson in Kolkata. She has been a strong source of support and inspiration to Shreya, encouraging her to dream big. Shreya, a second-year MA student in History Honours at Fakir Chand College, aspires to pursue a Ph.D. and aims to support her family by working part-time. She lives with her mother, who runs a tea stall to support the family after the loss of Shreya’s father in 2007.

During the meeting, Mrs. Das advised Shreya to begin preparing for her Ph.D. journey early and assured her that she would always be there to provide guidance and assistance. Mukti TSS expresses its gratitude to Mrs. Das for her ongoing support and wishes Shreya a successful future. Mukti remains committed to empowering students like Shreya, helping them realize their dreams.
