On 24th October 2021, Sunday, the fourth day of the Mukti Officials visit to North Bengal, Mukti organize the last conference at Jalpaiguri district. The meeting is held at the Conference Hall of Hotel Ratnadeep from 10 am – 1 pm with the ASFHM members of Jalpaiguri.
Mukti Officials – Mr. Sankar Haldar, the Founder-President of Mukti, Mr. Satyajit Roy, Secretary of Mukti, Mr. Debabrata Haldar, CEO of Mukti, Mr. Chandan Kumar Maity, General Secretary of ASFHM State committee with Mrs. Alo Sarkar, Vice-President of ASFHM Jalpaiguri, Mr. Tapan Dey Sarkar, Assistance Secretary of ASFHM Jalpaiguri, Mr. Avijit Guha and Mr. Sanjoy members of ASFHM took various positions at the meeting. Apart from Mukti Officials, 30 headmasters and headmistresses of different schools of Jalpaiguri participated in the conference. Headmistresses greet the Mukti Officials with a nosegay. The conference starts with an inauguration song sung by the Headmistresses.
Mukti Officials discussed their core focus areas like distribution of oxygen concentrators, Talented Students’ Sponsorship (TSS), Mukti Support School (MSS) and Women Empowerment clearly before the ASFHM members of Jalpaiguri district present in that conference.
ASFHM members have a detailed discussion with the Mukti Officials about the overall plight of the people of the indigenous (Adibasi) inhabited Jalpaiguri district and want to know what initiatives can be taken for the betterment of the unfortunate people. Mukti Officials advise them on how to improve the socio-economic status of the backward tribal community.
The members of Jalpaiguri ASFHM said that they are honored to be a part of the program. Mukti motivates and enriches them with their activities. The members of Jalpaiguri ASFHM are conveying their heartfelt gratitude and thanking Mukti for arranging such a resourceful program for the district.
