The causes of educated unemployment could be due to a variety of factors, the most common of which is a lack of job opportunities. In due consideration to the present trend of occupation shift from elementary sectors including agriculture and allied fields to the service sectors Mukti is focused to enable the aspiring youths for opportunities in the emerging areas associated with digital adoption for the Sundarbans and other rural areas of the state

A dedicated program manager cum placement coordinator is looking after the project where Individuals; normally 18-28 years of age are undergoing Vocational and soft skill Training from subject experts with a designed curriculum.The implementation team is looking after the placements by approaching various private firms and government schemes. Trainees who achieve successful results in Vocational courses will be awarded certificates, qualifying them to join internship programs that promote their career growth

More than 1300+ students got trained since 2016 after completion of vocational and professional training; and among which 150+ students got placement in different organization.
