Ensuring education for less privileged students and reducing school dropout rates requires a multifaceted approach involving everyone. By addressing learning gaps, improving the quality of classroom learning, and creating an enabling environment, Mukti is moving toward achieving its vision of a well-educated and empowered populace that contributes to their immediate community’s progress and long-term development of the society. The collective efforts of all involved in different Mukti Support Schools are essential to making education a reality for every young adolescent child. Through targeted interventions Mukti has overcome the challenges and transform its education landscape for a more inclusive and prosperous future.Ensuring Education
Identifying students at risk of dropping out and providing them with personalized support, including constant motivation and tutoring, has helped quite a number of students overcome challenges and stay in school. Mukti continuously equips teachers with tested methods of joyful learning and value education that support struggling students emotionally and academically. Regular summative assessments, evaluations and parent orientation sessions are conducted to identify areas of improvement and provide students the necessary support. Safe, orderly, nurturing, inclusive, and inviting learning environments help students realize potential as individuals and as engaged members of society. In all the Mukti Support Schools, all students are genuinely welcomed, supported and expected to achieve; to be recognized and celebrated equitably for accomplishments. A safe and orderly learning environment provides both physical and emotional security as well as daily study experiences, from V to X grade levels, that enhance positive social attitudes and effective interpersonal skills. This year a total number of 723 students are appearing for their first board exams-(Madhyamik Examination). Out of them 409 are girl students. As per the last summative test assessment report we are expecting about 240 students to score 60% and above marks in all subjects.Ensuring Education
