UDAAN Initiative: Bridging Dreams and Opportunity for Future Engineers and Doctors

In a landmark initiative aimed at empowering the process of creating next generation of engineers and doctors, Mukti, in collaboration with the Advanced Society for Headmasters and Headmistresses (ASFHM), has launched an online project called “UDAAN” (Propeller). This project is designed to provide support and guidance to young, meritorious students aspiring to pursue higher education in engineering and medical studies.

The “UDAAN” project, supported by FORTRESS, offers a 100% scholarship to students who exhibit exceptional academic talent but face financial challenges. The goal of this initiative is to bridge the gap between merit and opportunity, ensuring that deserving students have access to quality education regardless of their economic background.

As part of its launch, Mukti organized a workshop for the students enrolled in the “UDAAN” program at Mecheda (Purba Medinipur) on 15^th November 2024. This workshop served as an interactive platform for the students, providing them with valuable insights and motivational sessions to help them pursue their academic dreams with confidence.

Close on the heels of the first one, another workshop was organized at Mukti’s Kolkata City Office on 7^th December 2024. This session included an engaging and motivational interactive program with the students and their parents. Mentors from Mukti were present to offer guidance, answer questions, and help both students and parents navigate the challenges of preparing for competitive exams in engineering and medical fields.

The workshops aimed not only to inspire the students but also to engage their families, ensuring that they are well-informed and actively involved in the students’ educational journey. The mentors emphasized the importance of perseverance, hard work, and strategic planning to succeed in these rigorous fields.
