Trash to Treasure: Gifting Clothes in Mukti Gram, Purba Sridharpur

On October 15, 2023, the compassionate Bohra women, part of the organization known as “Trash to Treasure,” created a heartwarming experience by generously distributing clothing for boys, girls, and women in the community of Mukti Gram, PurbaSridharpur. This act of kindness was their heartfelt puja gift to the community, with Mukti taking charge of the distribution program.

The dedicated volunteers from “Trash to Treasure” coordinated a remarkable event, where they distributed a total of 750 clothing items, including both brand-new and thoughtfully upcycled garments. These garments were shared with underprivileged residents of PurbaSridharpur, aiming to infuse a little extra joy into the festive spirit of the villagers.

The initiative not only brought smiles to the faces of the recipients but also exemplified the power of community-driven compassion and solidarity.
