Sundarban Fair 2024: A Vibrant Showcase

Mukti’s “Sundarban Agriculture, Education, Handicraft, and Environment Fair 2024” kicked off on January 4th and will run until January 9^th, 2024. The vibrant event is taking place at Vivekananda Maidan, Krishnachandrapur, South 24 Parganas. This fair is a collaborative effort between Mukti, Krishnachandrapur High School, and Vivekananda Seba Sangha.

Featuring a total of 51 stalls, Mukti has dedicated 17 of them specifically for various projects: 1 pavilion for Education, 7 for agriculture, 9 for MCDF, Health, and Rights, and 1 for Mukti Fresh. These stalls aim to showcase unique elements and special items relevant to their respective project themes. The event also includes an array of activities such as seminars, drawing competitions, and cultural events like tribal dances, dramas, dances, “srutinatok,” and puppet shows. Additionally, there are yoga sessions, exhibitions, and a thalassemia camp running concurrently.
