Mukti and CINI Organize Comprehensive Training Program for SwasthaShongini Members
Mukti and Child in Need India (CINI) organized a four-day training program for the SwasthaShongini members on various topics related to healthcare at the ground level. The program was held from 19th to 22nd September at the CINI Chetana Resource Centre in Kolkata.
This comprehensive and multidimensional training program included interactive activities designed for the self-awareness of individual participants, and for promoting the cohesiveness of the group. Besides core topics of nutrition, diseases and hygiene, the training also delved into a multitude of soft skills necessary for working effectively on the ground and in a group.
