MSS Students Participated in “Bhoomi’s” Cleanliness Drive

More than 92 students of 3 Mukti Support Schools (MSS) – Damkal, Purba Sridharpur and Baradanagar –  participated in a cleanliness drive organized by Mukti and supported by “Bhoomi” on 12th October 2022. The main purpose of this program was to create awareness among the students regarding cleanliness and its benefits

As part of the drive, all the students from classes V to X cleaned their school premises and nearby areas. Teachers also joined the drive. Students swept their assigned areas and picked up wrappers and other litter. They collected the garbage in bags and deposited them in a designated place. It took 2 hours to complete the cleanliness drive and around 10-12 kgs of garbage were collected.

“Bhoomi”  supported the drive by providing plastic gloves and garbage bags. They will felicitate the students with a certificate.

The program has proven to be a unique experience for the students. Students expressed their curiosity and wanted to be part of this worthy drive. They have taken an oath to keep their school, home and locality clean going forward.
