Joy of Teaching: Empowering Educators at Mukti’s Training Session

On 30th August 2024, Mukti, in association with “Asha for Education,” conducted an enriching training session titled “Joy of Teaching” at Kakdwip Recreation Club, benefiting nine Mukti Support Schools from Kakdwip and Namkhana blocks. The session saw enthusiastic participation from 35 educators, including teachers, teacher-in-charges, field coordinators, and program coordinators.

The interactive, participatory, and activity-based format kept everyone engaged, developing an exchange of ideas on conducting circle time and interactive sessions with students. Educators learned strategies to involve diverse learners in classroom activities and how to uniquely appreciate each student’s efforts. They also shared personal stories of the challenges and motivations that led them to this noble profession. The session ended on a high note, with participants singing together, appreciating one another, and committing to elevating the standards of their Mukti Support School students.
