The SAM office, situated within the Mukti SAM premises, is a two-story building that houses not only the Mukti SAM office but also features the Gram Clinic and Ambulance service. Additionally, within the Mukti SAM premises, you can find the Mukti Support School and a spacious nursery.
Situated on the first floor of the SAM Building, the Gram Clinic operates six days a week, providing essential healthcare services to the community. The clinic is primarily managed by the traditional healer, Barun Kayal, who conducts patient check-ups and prescribes the required medications. Additionally, a specialist doctor makes weekly visits to the clinic, offering specialized medical care to those in need.

Connected to the clinic, there is a pharmacy that provides patients with complimentary medications at a subsidiary rate to aid in their recovery from various illnesses.

An ambulance has been stationed to assist underprivileged patients by transporting them to the nearest hospitals when needed.

The nursery within the SAM office premises spans an area of 130/25 square feet, housing an impressive collection of nearly 50 different species of flowering and fruit-bearing plants. These plants are diligently cared for by MCDF members and serve a dual purpose, being both available for sale and utilized for plantation activities.
