ii) Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and compliance roles, preferably in the not-for-profit sector or a similar environment.
iii) Good knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards relevant to NGOs and grant-funded organizations.
iv) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, develop insights, and make strategic recommendations.
v) Past experience in leading and managing IT software implementation preferred.
vi) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including staff, donors, Board of Trustees and external partners.
vii) Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in team management, capacity building, and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
Compensation: Upto 50k per month depending on qualification, experience and last drawn salary
