Job Summary: The Livelihood Programme Manager will lead, develop, and manage livelihood projects aimed at enhancing the economic well-being of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) associated with MUKTI. Key Responsibilities:
1. Programme Planning and Implementation:

— Design project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
2. Capacity Building:

3. Monitoring and Evaluation:
— Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the progress and impact of livelihood projects.

— Prepare and present progress reports to the senior management and donors.
4. Stakeholder Management:

5. Resource Mobilization:
— Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support livelihood initiatives.

— Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, including financial records, Budgeting, meeting minutes, and beneficiary profiles.

Qualifications and Experience:
— Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
— Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing livelihood or economic development projects, preferably with SHGs.
— Proven track record in project management, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

As we embark on a phase of consolidation and further growth during the next 5 years, partnering with leading public and private sector corporates and foundations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head – Finance & Compliance to join our team. The selected person will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the NGO, implementing IT systems & control processes, ensuring statutory compliances and providing strategic financial guidance to the Board. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytic skills and a passion for the not -for -profit sector. The position reports to the Finance member of the Board.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
1) Develop and oversee financial strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.
