Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager for our Strategic Events & Partnerships to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and management of our flagship marathon and associated fair and other regular events. This role will combine event leadership, sponsorship acquisition, vendor management, and strategic partnerships, ensuring that the event achieves both social impact and fundraising success.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management:

Plan and oversee the entire event lifecycle from planning, to venue selection, registration, software, marketing, bib distribution to race-day logistics, fair setup, safety, food, and post-event evaluation.

Manage vendors and contracts for flex printing, route setup, stage, decorations, timing chips, medals, catering, sound & light, and other infrastructure.

Ensure seamless on-ground execution with volunteer teams, agencies, and operational staff.

Sponsorship & Partnerships:

Develop and execute a sponsorship strategy targeting corporates, CSR teams, institutions, and brands.

Build long-term partnerships with sponsors, media, and community organizations.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong corporate network in Kolkata and India.

Experience managing budgets of ₹1–2 Cr+ preferred.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of Mukti’s Virtual Herbarium Project. This includes planning & execution of project, vendor coordination, stakeholder management (Multi-vendors platform), fund management oversight, risk mitigation, and ensuring timely delivery of digitization, AI/ML tools, GIS integration, mobile applications, training programs, and reporting.

The selected person will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the NGO, implementing IT systems & control processes, ensuring statutory compliances and providing strategic financial guidance to the Board. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
