Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with strong experience in e-commerce to drive sales growth, manage online marketplaces, and execute marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in both offline and online sales strategies, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base across e-commerce platforms.
• Identify new sales opportunities in online and offline channels.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing, inventory alignment, and customer service.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for growth.
Marketing:
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize paid ads (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads, etc.).
• Work closely with content, design, and product teams to develop marketing assets.
• Manage social media presence and enhance brand visibility across platforms.
E-commerce Operations:
• Manage listings, product descriptions, pricing, and promotions on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle returns, complaints, and customer reviews efficiently.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with exposure to e-commerce.
• Familiarity with online sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and website platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Women’s Rights Project Coordinator to lead and implement community-based initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality and addressing violence against women and girls. The coordinator will be responsible for managing field teams, mobilizing communities, handling case management of gender-based violence (GBV), and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to both the organization and funding agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Mobilization & Engagement
● Plan and execute community outreach programs with the core team of 27 members to address GBV
● Build strong relationships with local leaders, women’s groups, and other stakeholders.
● Facilitate community dialogues, focus group discussions, and awareness campaigns.
2. Team Management
● Guide, necessary handholding and support of a team of field officers and community mobilizers and women action group .
● Conduct regular team meetings, performance assessments, and capacity-building sessions, field level work assistance
● Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

3. Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Case Management
● Oversee and support caseworkers in providing survivor-centered support to GBV survivors.

● Ensure capacity building support to all the ground level case worker

Qualifications and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

● Proven experience in community mobilization and engagement.
● Knowledge of GBV case management protocols and referral systems – mandatory

Mukti is a NSE- Social Stock Exchange listed NGO working for the wellbeing of the marginal and vulnerable people living in the rural parts of West Bengal. The organisation has grown significantly during the last few years. As we embark on a phase of consolidation and further growth during the next 5 years, partnering with leading public and private sector corporates and foundations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head – Finance & Compliance to join our team. The selected person will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the NGO, implementing IT systems & control processes, ensuring statutory compliances and providing strategic financial guidance to the Board. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytic skills and a passion for the not -for -profit sector. The position reports to the Finance member of the Board.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
1) Develop and oversee financial strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.
2) Manage the organization’s budgeting process, including the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets to ensure financial sustainability and accountability.
3) Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance, providing regular reports and analysis to the Board.
Compliance Oversight:
1)Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory filings with FCRA, NSE and Income tax Dept.

Team Leadership and Development:
1) Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
2) Provide guidance and support to staff members on financial management, compliance issues, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
i) A Master’s degree or professional certification in finance (e.g. CA) preferred.
ii) Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and compliance roles, preferably in the not-for-profit sector or a similar environment.
iii) Good knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards relevant to NGOs and grant-funded organizations.
iv) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, develop insights, and make strategic recommendations.
v) Past experience in leading and managing IT software implementation preferred.
vi) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including staff, donors, Board of Trustees and external partners.
