We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with extensive experience in NGO accounting and FCRA compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing donor reporting. This role requires strong expertise in fund accounting, grant management, and FCRA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
o Prepare and maintain financial statements as per NGO accounting standards.

1. Fundraising Strategy Development

2. Donor Acquisition and Management
o Build and nurture relationships with existing donors while identifying and engaging new donors.

3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

As we embark on a phase of consolidation and further growth during the next 5 years, partnering with leading public and private sector corporates and foundations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head – Finance & Compliance to join our team. The selected person will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the NGO, implementing IT systems & control processes, ensuring statutory compliances and providing strategic financial guidance to the Board. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytic skills and a passion for the not -for -profit sector. The position reports to the Finance member of the Board.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
1) Develop and oversee financial strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
i) A Master’s degree or professional certification in finance (e.g. CA) preferred.
