Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Women’s Rights Project Coordinator to lead and implement community-based initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality and addressing violence against women and girls. The coordinator will be responsible for managing field teams, mobilizing communities, handling case management of gender-based violence (GBV), and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to both the organization and funding agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Mobilization & Engagement
● Plan and execute community outreach programs with the core team of 27 members to address GBV
● Build strong relationships with local leaders, women’s groups, and other stakeholders.
● Facilitate community dialogues, focus group discussions, and awareness campaigns.
2. Team Management
● Guide, necessary handholding and support of a team of field officers and community mobilizers and women action group .
● Conduct regular team meetings, performance assessments, and capacity-building sessions, field level work assistance
● Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

3. Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Case Management
● Oversee and support caseworkers in providing survivor-centered support to GBV survivors.
● Ensure adherence to confidentiality, protection principles, and referral pathways.
● Coordinate with legal, health, and psychosocial service providers for comprehensive support.
● Ensure capacity building support to all the ground level case worker
● Case documentation

4. Field Visits and Monitoring
● Conduct regular field visits to rural areas to support ground level activities and ensure quality implementation.
● Identify challenges, risks, and opportunities on the ground and develop actionable solutions.
5. Reporting and Documentation
● Prepare and submit accurate weekly field activity reports.
● Compile and analyze data for comprehensive monthly reports to the organization and

Qualifications and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
● Minimum 3 years of experience in managing women’s rights or GBV projects, preferably in rural or low-resource settings.

● Proven experience in community mobilization and engagement.
● Knowledge of GBV case management protocols and referral systems – mandatory
