Mukti is looking for a dynamic candidates for the below mentioned positions of P. The Candidates will be deployed for the Employment Exchange of Mukti. All the positions required extensive field visit.

POSITION 1 – Training & Placement officer
Number of opening -1
1.Job:
•The candidate will be responsible to lead the team, conduct training and organize campaign for career opportunities under MUKTI Employment Exchange Plan of MUKTI Education.
•The candidate needs to join immediately and begin operation from city office at Garia,Kolkata and take leadership role in establishment of the Center at Raidghi, 24 Pgs(S), W.B.

2.Job Responsibilities:
•Connect and Collaborate with the corporate leaders to identify job openings.
•Build up and maintain relationship with corporate leaders and community clients, gathering feedbacks and meet individual needs.
•Organise regular grooming sessions in association with the Educators/Trainers and/or also special skill development classes among enrolled candidates.
•Prepare profiles of the candidates, create database to share with the Corporates.
•Conduct placement drives in center or off center.
•Build a strong communication network through digital platform.
•Maintain records of training, placements, and interview results to report to the concerned committee in the weekly review.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.

3.Required Skills/Abilities:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent tact, diplomacy and conflict resolution skills
•Basic understanding of vocational assessment and counseling techniques.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software needed to maintain records and prepare reports.

4.Educational qualification and experience

•Master’s degree in psychology/sociology/psychiatry/ education /MBA with HR.
•2-5 years of experience for working in the similar field.

5.Salary: Rs.25000/- p.m. depending upon the experience and last drawn

POSITION 2 – Trainer – English and soft skills
Number of openings: 1
Location: Mukti Institute of Technology(MIT) & Mukti Employment Exchange(MEE), Raidighi, 24Pgs(S),West Bengal

1.Roles and Responsibilities:
i)Create lesson plans/curriculum for English / Communication Training for the students.
ii)Facilitates day-to-day classes to assist students in learning English knowledge and communication skills.
iii)Constantly monitors and updates the quality of training and curriculum from time to time.
iv)Track student progress and give them feedback.
v)Create and conduct assessments and extra classes for weaker students.
vi)Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
vii)Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
viii)Conduct mock interview including training on CV preparation, presentation, attirement etc.
ix)Any other task as assigned by the management.

2.Desired Skill Sets:
i)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ii)Excellent command on English language.
iii)Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
iv)Willing to learn and adopt new skills.
v)Flexible in handling multiple tasks.
vi)Excellent presentation, Feedback and coaching skills.
vii)Good computer knowledge.

3.Qualification: Any Degree (Preferably MA English or BA English

4. Experience : 3-5 years of work experience as English and Soft Skills Trainer

5. Rs.1000/- – Rs.1500/- per day plus admissible TA

POSITION 3: Trainer- Aptitude
Number of opening : 1

1. Roles and Responsibilities:
i)Develop and deliver training modules to enhance aptitude skills based on the requirements of the trainees.
ii)Create lesson plans, training materials, and resources to facilitate effective learning.
iii)Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, group activities, and interactive sessions.
iv)Share best practices, resources, and innovative teaching methods for interactive session.
v)Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and resources in aptitude training.
vi)Conduct Mock Tests in line with the current trend in the corporate world.

2.Desired Skills:
i)To have a thorough knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and logical reasoning
ii)Sound skills with a deep understanding of problem-solving techniques, Logical reasoning, Quantitative analysis, Verbal, Non-Verbal, Mathematical, General Aptitude and Communication.
iii)To have grasp on short cuts tricks for solving problems
iv)To deliver interactive training sessions
v)To have a professional attitude and exhibit excellent work ethics

3. Qualification : Any Degree (Preferably BSc/MSc(Math/Statistics), BTech, MTech.

4. Experience :3-5 years of work experience as Aptitude(quantitative) Trainer.

5.Remuneration: Rs.1000/- – Rs.1500/- per day plus admissible TA
