Rupa Khatun
I am Rupa Khatun, and I have recently started my internship as part of my MBBS course. I would like to share my educational journey. First, I would like to talk about my family background. My father is a farmer, and my mother is a housewife. I have five brothers and one elder sister. However, my family went through separation when I was in my first year of college. During my college life, I realized that there were many expenses for study materials and canteen fees. Although I received some financial support from the government, it was not sufficient for my educational needs. I discussed this with a senior from my college, and she informed me about a non-government scholarship called TSS (Mukti). I applied for it, and I am very grateful to Mukti for selecting me and giving me this wonderful opportunity. After that, I met my honorable sponsor, Mr. Rabin Ganguly, and his wife. They are very caring. He is not only my sponsor but also a mentor in my academic and future journey. He personally stays in touch with me, and his guidance inspires me a lot. The scholarship amount helps me cover my study materials and canteen expenses. I am very thankful for being given this opportunity. It has made it easier for me to continue my education, especially by providing financial support and helping me fulfill my dreams. MUKTI is doing great social work. Their activities are truly inspiring and very helpful. Lastly, I would like to share my future dream. I want to become a gynecologist so that women can feel comfortable seeking medical care. I also wish to continue my higher studies and help others in need. I would like to express my sincere thanks to my sponsor and Mukti.
