Talented Students Sponsorship Application form for 2024-25
Important instructions:
- Applying for graduate or postgraduate studies are open to students who completed Madhyamik and Higher Secondary with an 80% or above.
- Any wrong filling of the form may be canceled. So, fill up carefully.
- All files image(JPEG or PNG or JPG) which have to upload, should be not more than 1mb. in size.

The following supporting documents should be uploaded along with the application:
- Certificates and Marksheets showing marks secured from Madhyamik (10th std.) and onwards.
- Income of parents certified by any person mentioned in the brackets. (Gram Pradhan, Councilor, M.L.A, M.P, Member of Zila Parishad, B.D.O. or any Govt. Officer).
- Recent color passport-size photographs (non-attested) of the applicant.
- Front page of Bank Pass Book (Scan Copy) where account information are mentioned.
- Proof of admission to the course and the tuition fee paid/payable per annum duly certified by the institution.
