MCDF training at Basirhat
MCDF (MUKTI Community Development Fund) is a micro finance program aimed at creating entrepreneurs among the rural women folks. Along with the local self-help group (SHG) the program has been running successfully in Raidighi, South 24 Paraganas in West Bengal for the last three years. Recently we at MUKTI took a stride to take this good work to Basirhat, North 24 Paraganas in West Bengal. In association with the local panchayat and SHG’s – MUKTI embarked on the introduction of MCDF chapter in Basirhat.
