Empowering Mkss Teachers Through Value Education & Life Skills Training
A two-day interactive *Value Education Training of Trainers (ToT)* was conducted for MKSS teachers at Purbashreedharpur, focusing on Life Skills and their practical application with children. Through activities, stories, role plays and micro-teaching, teachers explored key values such as respect, honesty, self-confidence, emotional well-being and mindfulness. The first offline ToT created an engaging space for active participation, creativity and shared learning. The trained teachers will further cascade the learning to other teachers for conducting Value Education sessions with MKSS children.
