A Tree In Mother's Name
"A Tree in Mother's Name" (একটি গাছ মায়ের নামে) programme organised at Akshayanagar Shibpur Primary School in South 24 Parganas. Jointly organised by Mukti and the school, the initiative was inspired by the Government of India's nationwide campaign and encouraged students, parents, teachers, and local residents to plant a sapling in honour of their mothers—a gesture that celebrates both the nurturing spirit of motherhood and the importance of protecting the environment.
