Myself, Biswarup Singharoy, a third year MBBS student of Burdwan Medical college, West Bengal. I belong from village Baghati , Hooghly.
I came to know about this scholarship from one of my closest friends, Kanai Das. He is also a third year MBBS student from our college.
We are a three membered family (Myself,my father and mother).
My father, Mohadev Singharoy is a patient of chronic neurological disease, known as Parkinson disease. That's why, we are facing a huge economical problem nowadays. He is bedridden for almost 8 years. My maternal uncle gives us some money monthly(Ten thousands) which is the only source of our income. My mother Sulekha Singharoy is a housewife. That's why, she is facing a huge economical problem to carry my education load as well as our family .I'm currently not getting any government or non government scholarship . I have read all the terms and conditions of this scholarship properly and I have no issues with those conditions. So, if you kindly select me for this scholarship, it would be really helpful for us.
