My name is Arjun Hazra, and I come from Ghoradanga, Monteswar. I am currently in my second year of MBBS at a government medical college. I have always been a dedicated student, reflected in my performance during my secondary and higher secondary education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Durgapur, where I scored 96.2% and 94.4%, respectively.
I come from a lower-middle-class family of four. My father, Hemanta Kumar Hazra, is a farmer, and my mother, Rita Hazra, is a housewife. I have one sibling, Chandrima Hazra, who is also pursuing her studies. Our family's total annual income is Rs. 84,000, and despite their limited financial means, my parents have always supported my educational aspirations.
Being the first in my family to pursue higher education, I am committed to making the most of this opportunity. This scholarship would be a significant support for covering my daily and college expenses, purchasing necessary books, medical instruments, and a laptop to facilitate my academic work.
