I am Sagar Halder. I stay in South 24 Pgs. district of west Bengal, in the village of Uttar Kumrapara. I lived in a nuclear family with my parents and my brother. My father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife. My father worked very hard for run our family expenses. He hopes that in the future I can provide financial support to the family by getting a job. Now I am a student of B.A English (Hons) 1st year. My present educational expenses are Rs.-36000/ in a year and our annual family income is Rs-48000/. So, in this situation it is very difficult for me to continue my higher studies without financial barrier. I want to complete my higher studies peacefully. In the future I would like to help the financial backward students like me. So, I applied for Mukti Scholarship with a lot of hope. Luckily, I am selected by Ms. Ramya Nageswaran. I am really thankful to her. |
